The quality assurance system at the institution was defined through the quality management process prepared in 2022, and the IHU Internal Quality Assurance System model was established. According to this model, the processes of planning, implementation, control, and monitoring are carried out at different levels. During the strategic plan preparation period, planning activities are conducted through stakeholder expectation analysis, SWOT analysis, and the determination of strategies, objectives, budgets, and risks. Following the implementation of strategic plan and process management activities, monitoring and evaluation are carried out through performance monitoring and satisfaction surveys. The quality management process and the internal quality assurance model were secured with the IHU Quality Assurance Directive, which entered into force in February 2024.
