İbn Haldun University held the “Monitoring – Evaluation – Improvement Meeting for Weekly Course Schedules and Classroom Planning” on Monday, 18 November 2025, in the Rectorate Building. The meeting focused on reviewing the processes related to course schedules and semester-based academic preparations.
During the meeting, the flow of the fall and spring semester programs was reviewed, and classroom allocations for newly offered courses were evaluated. Based on the requests received from the faculties, the framework for the Senate’s course plan updates was outlined.
Accordingly:
Update requests for the fall semester are planned to be finalized by 28 November 2025,
Planning and improvements for the spring semester are to be completed by 14 December 2025.
The meeting concluded with the decision that all updated course information should be entered into the system by the relevant units and necessary checks should be carried out.
