At Ibn Haldun University, the 2025 Strategic Plan Performance Evaluation Meeting was held on April 2, 2026, with the aim of assessing the 2025 strategic plan performances of academic units and identifying areas for improvement. The meeting, held under the leadership of our Rector, Prof. Dr. Atilla Arkan, was attended by academic unit administrators and quality representatives.
At the opening of the meeting, the 2026–2029 Strategic Plan was introduced to all academic quality representatives by Şeymanur Ebru Şensu, Director of Quality and Institutional Development. During the presentation, performance indicators of academic units were reviewed and evaluations regarding these indicators were shared.
The meeting was conducted in a single session with the participation of all units. Department Chairs, Institute Directors, and School Directors evaluated their unit performances through presentations prepared using data from the Institutional Management Information System (KBS). Of the 20 minutes allocated to each unit, 10 minutes were dedicated to presentations and 10 minutes to Q&A and evaluation.
The meeting emphasized maintaining strengths and developing action plans for areas open to improvement. In his remarks at the beginning of the meeting, Rector Prof. Dr. Atilla Arkan highlighted the importance of performance management in achieving the university’s goals and thanked all participants.
