At Ibn Haldun University, a Performance Evaluation Meeting was held to assess the 2024 strategic plan performance of administrative units and to identify areas for improvement. The meeting was conducted with the participation of our Secretary General and presentations from administrative unit managers.
Administrative unit managers delivered their performance presentations based on the achievement rates of their respective strategic plan targets. Each presentation session was followed by brief evaluation and feedback segments. The meeting also focused on ensuring the sustainability of institutional strengths and developing action plans for areas identified as needing improvement.
