Workshops were held with academic staff on September 13, 2025, and with administrative staff on September 6, 2025. During the sessions, participants gathered around tables formed according to five key themes of their choice — Education and Teaching, Research–Publication–Project, Societal Contribution and Sustainability, Institutional Capacity, and Internationalization. Guided by moderators and rapporteurs, they carried out a dynamic and collaborative process. Each group shared its perspectives, suggestions, and evaluations, making valuable contributions to the university’s ongoing strategic planning efforts.
The workshop proceeded in three phases. In the first phase, the University’s future vision was discussed and a shared perspective was developed. In the second phase, strategies and practices to realize this vision were identified. In the third phase, potential risks, priorities, and stakeholders were comprehensively evaluated.
At the end of the sessions, each table presented the key outcomes of its discussions through five-minute presentations to all participants. In this way, the ideas generated in each theme were shared with other groups, contributing to a more holistic strategic framework.
In both workshops, the views and contributions of all our members were gathered with the aim of building the University’s roadmap for the next four years through a participatory approach.
