At Ibn Haldun University, a Performance Evaluation Meeting was held to assess the 2024 strategic plan performance of academic units and to identify areas for improvement. The meeting took place on April 15, 2025, at the Şaban Teoman Duralı Conference Hall, under the leadership of our University President, Prof. Dr. Atilla Arkan, with the participation of academic unit administrators, department heads, and quality representatives.
This year’s meeting was organized as a single session with the attendance of all academic units. Department Heads, Institute Directors, and School Directors presented their unit’s performance based on data entered into the Institutional Management Information System (IMIS). Each unit was allocated 20 minutes, with 10 minutes for presentation and 10 minutes for Q&A and evaluation.
The meeting focused on preserving institutional strengths and creating action plans for areas of improvement. In his concluding remarks, Prof. Dr. Atilla Arkan emphasized the importance of performance management in achieving the university’s strategic goals and extended his appreciation to all participants.
