Performance Evaluation Meeting Held with Directors of Research and Application Centers

A “2024 Performance Evaluation Meeting” was held on April 29, 2025, to evaluate the 2024 performance of the research and application centers operating within our university and to share their targets for 2025.

The meeting was attended by the Vice Rector, the Rector’s Advisor responsible for quality processes, and the directors of the centers. Each center presented its 2024 activities, assessed its strengths and areas for improvement, and shared its goals and plans for 2025 with the participants.

Organized to monitor and evaluate the centers' activities in alignment with the institutional strategic plan, the meeting aimed to ensure that performance evaluations contribute meaningfully to institutional development. Presentations were delivered in 10-minute slots, following the predefined order and using the template previously shared with the center directors.

At the end of the meeting, joint evaluations were made regarding the monitoring of the performance of the research and application centers, the improvement of evaluation processes, and the dissemination of good practices.
